The Kale 1000 L skid-mounted electric sprayer is a stationary spraying unit built for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and open field crops. Its 1000 litre polyester tank, graduated on the surface for accurate mixing, is paired with the Kale K 3 three-piston pump, so growers can treat large areas from a single fixed filling point.
Drive reaches the piston pump from the electric motor through a belt and pulley, or from the tractor PTO through a shaft. The pump draws the spray liquid and feeds it to the pressure control unit, where working pressure is set before the mixture travels through the hoses to the spray guns. Venturi and hydraulic agitation keep the tank homogeneous, and an automatic return system diverts flow back to the tank whenever the gun is closed, protecting the pump and its fittings.
