The Kale 1000 L trailed sprayer is built for growers who need to cover large areas without stopping to refill. Towed behind a tractor or utility vehicle on 600 x 16 tractor-tread wheels, it suits orchards, vineyards and open field crops, while the 1000 L polyester tank with its graduated level gauge keeps chemical mixing accurate from the first row to the last.
Power comes from a 13-15 HP petrol engine driving the three-piston K 3 pump through a belt and pulley. The pump draws spray liquid from the tank and feeds it to the pressure control unit, where the pressure is set before the liquid passes through the hoses to the spray gun. An automatic return system sends the flow back into the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off mid-job does no harm to the machine.
