The Kale 1500 L trailed turbo atomizer is a tractor-drawn mist blower for orchards, vineyards and other tall-canopy plantations. Its 1500 L polyester tank keeps large blocks in work for longer between refills, while the drawbar hitch and adjustable axle let growers match the track width to their row spacing. A 5 m suction hose with venturi-type filler makes tank loading quick in the field.
Power comes from the tractor PTO through a wide-angle turbo shaft. An Italian four-diaphragm pump with bypass control delivers 145-160 L/min at 0-50 bar, feeding 16 turbo nozzles arranged on both sides. The 850 mm five-position adjustable-pitch impeller, driven by a clutch-plated intermediate shaft and multi-speed gearbox, generates the air stream that carries atomized spray deep into the canopy, while venturi agitation keeps the mix uniform.
