The Kale 100 L Petrol Engine Wheelbarrow Sprayer is a compact, fully independent spraying unit for greenhouses, small orchards, vineyards and market gardens where a tractor cannot work comfortably. Its 5.5 – 6 HP petrol engine needs no mains power or tractor PTO, and at 50 kg with a 115 x 48 x 82 cm footprint it moves easily along narrow rows.
A belt-and-pulley drive transfers engine power to the Kale EK-1 / EK-2 piston pump, which draws liquid from the 100 L polyester tank and feeds the pressure control unit. The set pressure is then carried through the hoses to the spray gun. A venturi agitator keeps the mixture homogeneous, while the automatic return system sends liquid back to the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off never damages the pump.
