The Kale 300 L trailed sprayer is a towable crop protection unit built for orchards, vineyards and open-field work. Its 300 L polyester tank has 4 mm walls and a graduated level gauge, while the drawbar chassis on reconditioned car wheels lets a small tractor or pickup move it easily between plots. The 5.5-6 HP petrol engine makes the machine fully independent of tractor PTO power.
The engine drives the twin-piston EK-1 / EK-2 pump through a belt and pulley. The pump draws liquid from the tank and feeds the pressure control unit, where working pressure is set before the spray reaches the gun through the hoses. A venturi agitator keeps the mix uniform, and the automatic return line sends flow back to the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off the spray gun causes no damage to the machine.
