The Kale 400 L trailed petrol engine sprayer is a self-contained spraying unit for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and open field crops. Towed behind a tractor or any wheeled vehicle, it needs no PTO connection: its own 5.5-6 HP petrol engine drives the pump, so the machine works independently of the towing vehicle and stays productive on smallholdings and large plantations alike.
A belt-and-pulley drive transfers power from the petrol engine to the twin-piston pump, which draws liquid from the 400 L polyester tank and delivers it to the pressure control unit. From there the regulated flow passes through the hoses to the spray gun. An automatic return system sends unused liquid back to the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off the gun causes no damage to the pump.
