The Kale 1000 L Trailed Turbo Atomizer is an orchard and vineyard mist blower built for growers who need to cover large blocks of fruit trees, citrus, olives and vines in a single pass. Its 1000 L polyester tank and drawbar hitch let the machine follow the tractor down the row, while the adjustable axle sets the track width to match the planting distance.
Power comes from the tractor PTO through a wide-angle turbo shaft. An Italian four-diaphragm pump with bypass control delivers 145-160 L/min at 0-50 bar to 16 double-sided turbo nozzles, and a venturi agitation system keeps the mix uniform throughout the tank. The 850 mm five-position adjustable-pitch impeller, driven by a clutch-plated intermediate shaft and multi-speed gearbox, carries the droplets deep into the canopy.
