The Kale 2000 L Trailed Electric Sprayer is a high-capacity crop protection machine for commercial orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and open field crops. Its 2000 litre polyester tank with 6 mm wall thickness lets operators cover large blocks between refills, while the graduated level gauge keeps tank mixing accurate. The trailed chassis and Kale K 3 three-piston pump deliver steady pressure throughout the working day.
An electric motor drives the piston pump through a belt and pulley, drawing spray liquid from the tank and feeding it to the pressure control unit. From there the regulated liquid passes through the hoses to the spray gun for atomization, and a venturi agitator keeps the mixture homogeneous. An automatic return system diverts flow back into the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off mid-row causes no damage to the pump.
