The Kale 100 L Electric Wheelbarrow Sprayer is a compact plant-protection unit for greenhouses, market gardens, vineyards and small orchards with mains power. Its 1.5 HP electric motor runs quietly and without exhaust fumes, an advantage under cover, and the 100 L graduated polyester tank on a wheelbarrow chassis lets one operator work narrow rows.
The motor drives the EK-1 piston pump through a belt and pulley; the pump draws liquid from the tank and feeds the spray control unit, where pressure is set before the hoses and spray gun atomize it. A venturi agitator keeps the mix homogeneous, and an automatic return system sends circulating liquid back to the tank whenever the gun is closed, so closing the spray gun causes no damage to the machine.
