The Kale 200 L Trailed Electric Sprayer is a compact plant protection unit for growers working orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and small row-crop fields. Towed behind a tractor or any wheeled vehicle, it runs on an electric motor instead of a combustion engine, which suits enclosed spaces where exhaust fumes are a concern. The 200 L polyester tank carries a graduated level gauge for accurate mixing.
The electric motor drives the twin-piston Kale EK-1 / EK-2 pump through a belt and pulley. The pump draws liquid from the tank into the pressure control unit, where working pressure is set before the spray passes through the hoses to the spray gun. Venturi agitation keeps the mix homogeneous, and an automatic return system sends flow back into the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off the gun causes no damage.
