The Kale 400 L Electric Wheelbarrow Sprayer is a mobile crop protection unit for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and field work where mains power is available. Its 400 L polyester tank, with 4 mm walls and a graduated level gauge, sits on a wheelbarrow frame with 33.5 x 7.5 solid dual wheels, so one operator can move the machine along the rows without a tractor.
A 1.5 / 2 HP electric motor drives the piston pump through a belt and pulley. The pump draws liquid from the tank and feeds the pressure control unit, where the working pressure is set before the spray reaches the gun through the hoses. A venturi agitator keeps the mix homogeneous, and the automatic return system sends liquid back to the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off does no harm to the machine.
