The Kale 400 L Trailed Electric Sprayer serves growers applying crop protection across orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and open fields. Towed by drawbar behind a tractor or wheeled vehicle, it combines a 400 L polyester tank with a twin-piston pump for steady pressure, while the 1.5 – 2 HP electric motor keeps noise and running costs low.
The electric motor drives the piston pump through a belt and pulley transmission. The pump draws liquid from the tank into the spray control unit, where pressure is set before the mixture reaches the spraying attachment through the hoses. A venturi agitator keeps the solution evenly mixed, and the automatic return system sends circulating liquid back into the tank whenever the spray gun is closed.
