The Kale 300 L tractor-mounted sprayer is a compact three-point linkage machine for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and open field crops. Its 300 L polyester tank with 4 mm wall thickness and graduated level gauge keeps the load close to the tractor, so the unit stays maneuverable on narrow rows and terraced ground while still covering a full working session between refills. Powered entirely by the tractor PTO, it needs no separate engine and adds no fuel or maintenance burden.
Drive is taken from the tractor PTO at 540 rpm through a shielded 6-spline shaft to a three-piston Kale K 3 pump. The pump draws liquid from the tank and delivers 70 L/min to the spray control unit, where working pressure is set before the mix is fed through the hoses to the spray gun or boom. Venturi agitation keeps the solution homogeneous, and an automatic return system diverts flow back into the tank whenever the spray outlet is closed.
