The Kale 2000 L trailed turbo atomizer is a high-capacity mist blower for citrus groves, deciduous fruit orchards and vineyards. Its 2000 L polyester tank covers large blocks without frequent refilling, while the drawbar hitch and adjustable axle let the machine be matched to row spacing and terrain.
In work the tractor PTO drives the machine through a wide-angle turbo shaft. The Italian-made four-diaphragm pump delivers 145-160 L/min at up to 50 bar to 16 turbo nozzles mounted on both sides of the fan housing. A multi-speed gearbox and clutch-plated intermediate shaft drive the 900 mm bearing-driven super fan, whose air stream atomizes the spray and carries it deep into the canopy. Venturi agitation keeps the mix homogeneous, and the venturi-type filler with 5 m suction hose allows filling from any water source.
