The Kale 1000 L skid-mounted sprayer is a stationary-frame plant protection unit for orchards, vineyards and open field crops. Its 1000 L polyester (GRP) tank has 8 mm walls and a graduated level gauge, and the 13-15 HP petrol engine makes the machine independent of tractor power and mains electricity.
Drive reaches the three-piston Kale K 3 pump through a belt and pulley or a PTO shaft, at up to 540 rpm. The pump draws spray liquid from the tank and delivers it to the pressure control unit, where the working pressure is set before the mixture is fed through the hoses to the spray guns. Hydraulic venturi agitation keeps the solution uniform, and an automatic return system diverts the flow back into the tank whenever the gun is closed, protecting the pump and its fittings.
