The Kale 1000 L Trailed Electric Sprayer is a drawbar-towed plant protection machine for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and open field crops. Its 1000 litre polyester tank with 6 mm wall thickness and graduated level gauge lets operators cover large blocks in a single fill, while the Kale K 3 three-piston pump delivers steady pressure to the spray gun. Venturi hydraulic agitation keeps the mix homogeneous throughout the run.
An electric motor drives the piston pump through a belt and pulley. The pump draws liquid from the tank and feeds it to the pressure control unit, where working pressure is set before the mix is carried by hose to the spray gun. An automatic return system diverts flow back into the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off the gun mid-row causes no damage to the pump.
