The Kale 200 L Petrol Engine Wheelbarrow Sprayer is a compact, self-powered crop protection unit built for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and small field plots where a tractor cannot easily operate. Its 5.5 – 6 HP petrol engine makes the machine fully independent of mains power, while the two-wheel barrow frame keeps the 200 L polyester tank easy to move along narrow rows. At 65 kg empty and only 56 cm wide, it reaches confined planting areas that larger trailed sprayers cannot serve.
The petrol engine drives the piston pump through a belt and pulley transmission. The pump draws spray liquid from the tank and delivers it to the pressure control unit, where working pressure is set before the liquid is fed through the hoses to the spray gun. A hydraulic venturi agitator keeps the mixture homogeneous throughout the application. An automatic return system diverts flow back into the tank whenever the spray gun is closed, so shutting off the gun causes no damage to the pump.
