The Kale 200 L trailed petrol engine sprayer is a compact, towable crop protection unit built for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and small to medium field plots. Its 5.5-6 HP petrol engine makes it fully independent of a tractor or mains power, while reconditioned car wheels in various sizes let it be towed easily between rows and along field tracks.
A belt and pulley drive transfers power from the engine to a twin-piston Kale EK-1 / EK-2 pump, which draws spray liquid from the 200 L polyester tank and delivers it to the pressure control unit. From there the regulated flow is carried through hoses to the spray gun. An automatic return system diverts liquid back into the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off the gun causes no damage to the machine.
