The Kale 2000 L Trailed Petrol Engine Sprayer is a high-capacity crop protection machine for orchards, vineyards and open-field growing, where long spraying runs between refills matter. Its 2000-litre polyester tank with 6 mm wall thickness and graduated level gauge lets operators mix and monitor large batches accurately, while the 13 – 15 HP petrol engine makes the machine independent of tractor power. Towed on 10 x 17.5-15.3 dual wheels, it moves easily along planted rows and field tracks.
A belt-and-pulley drive transfers power from the petrol engine to the Kale K 3 three-piston pump, which draws spray liquid from the tank and delivers it to the pressure control unit. From there the regulated liquid is carried through hoses to the spray gun for atomization. An automatic return system sends liquid back to the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off the gun causes no damage to the pump, and venturi agitation keeps the mixture uniform throughout the job.
