The Kale 400 L mounted turbo atomizer is a three-point linkage machine built for orchards, vineyards and other close-row plantations where a tractor must work in limited headland space. Its 400 L polyester tank and 280 kg empty weight keep the load close to the tractor, giving compact handling on terraces and between narrow tree rows.
Power comes from the tractor PTO. A belt-and-pulley drive with a multi-speed gearbox turns the 700 mm five-position adjustable-pitch impeller, which generates the air stream that carries the spray deep into the canopy. The Italian four-diaphragm pump delivers 96 L/min at 0-50 bar with bypass control, feeding 12 turbo nozzles arranged on both sides. Venturi agitation keeps the mix homogeneous, and a 5 m suction hose with venturi filler allows fast refilling in the field.
