The Kale 400 L PTO-Driven Tractor-Mounted Sprayer is a three-point linkage machine built for orchards, vineyards, open fields and greenhouse blocks where a compact, tractor-powered unit is preferred over a trailed one. Its 400 L polyester tank with 4 mm walls carries a graduated level gauge, and the whole assembly weighs only 125 kg, so it pairs easily with small and mid-range tractors.
Drive comes from the tractor PTO through a shielded 6-spline agricultural shaft turning at 540 rpm. A three-piston Kale K 3 pump with 50 mm pistons draws liquid from the tank at 70 L/min and feeds the pressure control unit, which regulates the flow to the spray boom or gun. A venturi agitator keeps the mixture homogeneous, and an automatic return system diverts the flow back into the tank whenever the spray outlet is closed.
