The Kale 600 L electric wheelbarrow sprayer is a mobile crop protection unit built around a 600 litre polyester tank and a multi-nozzle boom, which makes it well suited to greenhouses, orchards, vineyards and row-crop fields. Powered by a 1.5, 2 or 3 HP electric motor, it offers quiet, low-cost operation wherever mains power is available, while the compact wheelbarrow chassis keeps the machine maneuverable between tight planting rows.
The electric motor drives the piston pump through a belt and pulley. The pump draws spray liquid from the tank and feeds it to the pressure control unit, where the working pressure is set before the liquid passes through the hoses to the spraying attachment for atomization. An automatic return system sends the circulating liquid back into the tank whenever the spray gun is closed, so shutting the gun causes no damage to the machine.
