The Kale 600 L mounted turbo atomizer is a three-point linkage machine built for orchards, vineyards and citrus groves, where dense foliage has to be treated quickly and evenly. Its 600 L polyester tank and compact 1750 x 1200 x 1400 mm frame keep the 308 kg unit maneuverable between narrow tree rows, while running entirely off the tractor PTO with no separate engine to service.
Drive is taken from the tractor PTO through a multi-speed gearbox to a 750 mm five-position adjustable-pitch fan. An Italian four-diaphragm pump with bypass control delivers 96 L/min at 0-50 bar to 10 double-sided turbo nozzles, and the high-velocity air stream carries the droplets deep into the canopy. Venturi agitation keeps the mix homogeneous throughout the run, and a 5 m suction hose with venturi-type filler allows fast refilling from any water source.
