The Kale 600 L Trailed Electric Sprayer is a towed crop protection unit for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and open field crops. Its 600 L polyester tank with 5 mm walls and a graduated level gauge covers large blocks without frequent refilling, while the trailed chassis leaves the tractor three-point linkage free. Power comes from a 2, 3 or 5.5 HP electric motor, or from the tractor PTO shaft.
The electric motor drives the piston pump through a belt and pulley. The pump draws liquid from the tank into the spraying control unit, where working pressure is set before the mix reaches the spray gun through the hoses. A venturi agitator keeps the solution mixed, and an automatic return system sends liquid back to the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting off the gun does not damage the machine.
