Kale’s 600 L trailed sprayer is a drawbar-towed crop protection machine for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and open field crops. The polyester tank has a 5 mm wall and a graduated level gauge, while venturi agitation keeps the spray solution homogeneous. Its own 5.5-13 HP petrol engine lets it work independently of the towing vehicle, and a PTO shaft drive is also available.
A belt-and-pulley drive transfers power from the engine to the piston pump, which draws liquid from the tank and feeds it to the spraying control unit. Pressure is set there and the solution travels through hoses to the spray gun. An automatic return system diverts the circulating liquid back into the tank whenever the gun is closed, so shutting it mid-application does no damage.
