The Kale 600 L Trailed Turbo Atomizer is a PTO-driven orchard mist blower built for growers spraying fruit trees, citrus groves, vineyards and covered plantations. Its 600 L polyester tank and compact 1750 x 1200 x 1400 mm frame let the machine follow the tractor through narrow rows, while the drawbar hitch allows it to be towed behind any suitable wheeled vehicle.
Power is taken from the tractor PTO and transmitted through a multi-speed gearbox. An Italian-made four-diaphragm pump with bypass control delivers 96 L/min at 0-50 bar to 10 turbo nozzles mounted on both sides, and the 700 / 750 mm single impeller with five adjustable pitch settings drives the mist deep into the canopy. Venturi agitation keeps the mix homogeneous, and a 5 m suction hose with venturi-type filler speeds up refilling in the field.
